My stay here was really disappointing. The check-in process was chaotic, especially with the receptionist sleeping in the lobby and the language barrier with the staff. The rooms were not clean at all, with dirty floors and a poorly designed bathroom. I felt anxious after witnessing a distressing incident involving other guests. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
